Troubleshooting
Go back to last pose.
When moving too quickly with the scanner or in an area with too much light, you may get a message instructing "Go back to last pose." Attempt to return the scanner to the view/angle it was last in before the message appeared. (*Often it is easier to start the scan over and move more slowly or to start your scan over in better lighting.)
Moved too fast or not enough geometry.
If the object you are scanning does not have enough angles and faces for the scanner to detect or if the object is too small, the scanner will display this message. This also occurs if the surrounding area does not have enough objects for the scanner to estimate distance and when there is too much sunlight for the scanner's infrared technology to work.
Uplink Option is not available
Follow the Uplink Instructions again to ensure everything is connected properly. If the problem persists, please contact Aspen at the Multimedia Zone.
